DESCRIPTION:RECEPTION: Join us on Saturday\, September 12th (from 4 7 PM) for our "Opening Reception for Fall Exhibitions." Admission to the Reception is FREE.\n\n\n\nLEARN MORE: https://barngallery.org/event/fall-art-exhibitions-2026-at-barn-gallery-in-ogunquit-maine/\n\n\n\nBarn Gallery is located at 3 Hartwig Lane in Ogunquit\, Maine   at the corner of Shore Road & Bournes Lane.\n\nAs the season turns and the coastal light takes on its autumn quality\, Barn Gallery will show the work of Artist Members of the OAA (painters\, graphic artists\, photographers\, and sculptors) in our big\, bright\, and airy spaces. The Sculpture Court will show work of the OAA Sculptors as well as the work of Invited New England Sculptors.\n\nOur Fall Exhibitions will feature: "Ogunquit Art Association Members' Show" (an exhibition with a wide variety of subject and medium)\; OAA Artist Showcases by Photographer Charles Laurier Dufour & Photographer/Painter Annie Lemieux\; our Expanded Collectors Gallery (featuring ready-to-hang artwork\, no larger than 16 20   and all priced no higher than $850)\; plus an Invited New England Sculptors exhibit in our outdoor Sculpture Court.\n\nAbout the Showcase Artists\n\nAnnie Lemieux   Photography\n\nA lifetime Maine resident\, Annie Lemieux works in photography and painting\, drawn to the way coastal light shifts across the seasons   the particular quality of a moment\, she says\, when words alone are not enough to express what one is feeling. Her work has been exhibited at the Saco Museum and recognized with awards including the Juror's Choice Award at KPT ArtHouse in Kennebunk. Lemieux holds a BFA and BS in Art Education from the University of Southern Maine and has pursued graduate work at Heartwood College of Art.\n\nCharles Laurier Dufour   Photography\n\nCharles Laurier Dufour creates fine art figure photography by placing nude models within Maine's landscapes and seascapes\, with a strong emphasis on composition\, light\, line\, and form. His work ranges from the purely aesthetic to the deliberately evocative and narrative   at times the figure becomes an extension of the earth itself\, at others an embodiment of human emotion inhabiting a place long after the moment has passed. Dufour's work has been exhibited at Studio 53 in Boothbay Harbor and in a solo show at Rogue in Lewiston\, and has earned awards in juried competitions in both the US and Canada.\n\nAlthough there is no substitution for seeing art in person\, we are pleased to announce that virtual versions of our exhibitions will be made available on barngallery.org.
