She was drawn to anthropology in college and to jewelry making after school\, seeking a livelihood that afforded creativity and financial stability. While operating\, Designs by Magi\, she developed her interest in natural healing and fine art painting. She studied with master painters: Adeline Goldmink Tronzo\, Stan Moeller\, and Dennis Perrin. After this period\, she practiced Reiki Healing and devoted herself to painting and teaching. Today\, Magi's paintings are exhibited throughout New England and in private collections across the country and in Europe.\n\n\n\nArtist's Statement\n\nI have merged my love of natural places with my background in design and anthropology to form an abstract perspective rich in subject\, color and texture. Curiosity opens the door to artistic challenges and observation leads me to a greater understanding of my muses.
