About Us

Grasshopper Inn is located on the corner of Grasshopper Lane and Rt 1, Ogunquit, Maine. The beautifully designed and meticulously constructed billing was open April 1, 2021. Designed by Vance Architects, build by Cornerstone Construction, and the interior was designed by Holly Gagne Interior Designs. This collaboration, along with the Town of Ogunquit planning board, has created a premier, striking addition to the Ogunquit landscape.

Grasshopper Inn includes seven spacious, luxurious rooms. Each suite has a living room, kitchenette, 55'' large screen TV's with Apple TVs to log in and access all your favorite shows, most have pull-out sofas beds, hard maple custom privacy walls, mini fridge with a few complimentary waters and privacy balconies. The bathrooms are extra-large with tile and granite, and 12'6'' cathedral ceilings throughout the second floor. Heating and air conditioning controlled independently in each sound proofed room. The large suite allows for a quiet, peaceful get away, while enjoying top of the line beds, bedding, furniture and fixtures.
