Local Authors Brenda Yorke Goodale and Matt Tavares will be Personalizing their books-Buy now and pick up during Christmas By the Sea

The town of Ogunquit is so lucky to have so many artistic and talented residents who call this town home.  We are excited to announce that two of these residents will be personalizing their books for the holidays. 

Matt Tavares will be joining us for our virtual/re-imagined book signing event through December 13th.  Matt has graciously offered to sign and personalize  his books including NY Times Bestsellers list Dasher: How a Brave Little Doe Changed Christmas Forever. His other books will also be available including Red and Lulu, Growing up Pedro, Becoming Babe Ruth, Henry Aaron's Dream and his NEWEST book called BEN of all trades. He is a master of story telling and his illustrations are magical. Matt's holiday books convey the real meaning of the holiday season: how important it is to be surrounded by love. Don't miss this opportunity to add one of his a signed  books to your collection.

Ogunquit resident and author Brenda Yorke Goodale has also generously offered to personalize her two books which are based in Perkins Cove.  Brenda is the author of Pride of Perkins Cove and her newest book called Mermaid Under the Bridge.  Her new book features Ogunquit town residents and, of course, our own celebrity dogs!  Mermaid Under the Bridge continues the story of Jack and his adventures in Ogunquit.

The books will be available to pre-order via phone or in store by filling out a form with the personalization information of each book purchased. So call us and order your books over the phone and you will be able to pick them up during the Christmas By the Sea weekend.

What to do:
Pre-order the books you would like  personalized from the Village Toy Funatic BEFORE December 10th. You can do this by calling the store 207-646-7728 or by visiting the Village Toy Funatic in person to view the books being offered at 232 Main Street Ogunquit ME. Include any personalization (name only!) with your order, and Matt /Brenda will inscribe and sign them.

We will have a limited number of books so order early to assure availability. (we will post if we start to get close the limit, so order with confidence)

Books will be available to pick up by December 11th and any time during the weekend. If you are unable to pickup your books we can ship your purchase directly to you! (shipping charges will apply-please ask for more info)
