Role Descriptions
The Assistant Store Director and Part-time Stylists roles focus on providing exceptional customer experiences through personalized consultations and styling. Responsibilities include assisting clients in choosing fashion-forward options, maintaining an organized and visually appealing space, managing inventory, and aligning with the boutique's brand vision. The Assistant Store Director will take on additional responsibilities such as leading the team, overseeing daily operations, assisting with marketing efforts, and ensuring outstanding service standards. These are physical, on-site roles based in Ogunquit, Maine, with the Assistant Store Director being full-time and Part-time Stylists requiring flexible scheduling.

Qualifications
- Expertise in fashion and styling, with a keen eye for trends and the ability to advise clients on personalized outfits and accessories.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills to provide a welcoming and professional experience for guests.
- Organizational and visual merchandising skills to maintain an attractive and smoothly functioning retail environment.
- Assistant Store Director role - Team collaboration and leadership skills, with the ability to guide and motivate team members effectively.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities to handle dynamic retail settings.
- Retail or customer-facing experience is preferred.
- Passion for fashion and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Stylists - $15-$18/hourly
ASD - $50k-$60 based on experience to be paid at an hourly rate.
