Maintenance Technician For Short Term Rentals

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general maintenance and the ability to handle a variety of tasks efficiently and independently.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing general maintenance and repairs including light carpentry, painting, drywall repair, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, masonry, and other mechanical work
• Safely operating a variety of hand and power tools, appliances, and equipment
• Troubleshooting issues and completing repairs in a timely manner
• Assisting with property upkeep to ensure everything is in excellent working condition

Qualifications:

• Basic to intermediate knowledge across multiple trades (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.)
• Experience using hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong time management skills and ability to complete projects efficiently
• Familiarity with computers, smart locks, and smart TVs
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure, problem-solve, multitask, and stay organized
• Preferably has their own tools

• Must be reliable and punctual
• Must be available for on-call shifts and Saturdays
