Ogunquit, ME – August 4th, 2025 – In a groundbreaking culinary collaboration, Jonathan’s Ogunquit will host Michelin-Starred Chefs Miguel Guerra and Tatiana Mora of MITA restaurant for a special event on Sunday, November 2nd, in celebration of World Vegan Day.
Titled "MITA Meets Maine: A Michelin Takeover at Jonathan’s," this exclusive, first-time-ever event promises an unforgettable seven-course, vegetable-forward tasting menu, featuring innovative dishes rooted in the bold, vibrant flavors of Latin America.
This is the first time Chefs Guerra and Mora—co-founders of the renowned MITA, a Michelin-Starred, plant-forward restaurant—will bring their unique culinary vision to Maine. Known for their commitment to showcasing the beauty, versatility, and cultural richness of vegetables, the duo has earned international acclaim for redefining fine dining with sustainability and creativity at the forefront.
