Groundsman Responsibilities: Maintaining condition and appearance of grounds, gardens and exterior of all buildings. Pruning, trimming, mulching, watering and fertilizing flowers, shrubs and trees. Cleaning exterior of buildings and around entrance ways and lights. Painting posts, poles and signs. Keeping grounds free from trash, cigarette butts, branches, sticks, pine cones and more.
